Fixed at deploy, and unsold supply is never re-mintable. Genesis splits 55% to depositor claims and the rest to pool liquidity, which is what opens the market above what they paid. The clock starts when genesis closes: the owner opens the pool inside it, or every depositor can take back 100% of their BNB — with no deadline of their own to beat. A raise that finishes too small to open a pool skips the clock entirely and refunds the moment genesis closes.
