Launch rules

  1. Ownerless launch: once the pool opens, the genesis liquidity is locked permanently and no one — not your team, not the platform — can withdraw it.
  2. No team allocation: every token is minted to genesis depositors, the locked pool, or shelf buyers. Your team buys like anyone else.
  3. Shelf mechanism: 60 % of supply sells on a fixed 4,000-tier price ladder above the opening price; 99 % of shelf revenue goes to the vault of the Circuit NFT your team holds, 1 % funds buyback-and-burn.
  4. A raise that falls short, or is not launched within 7 days, lets every depositor reclaim their deposit in full.
